We offer detailed and professional management of all hotel operations including kitchen, service, human resources, housekeeping, wellness and reception. Moreover, we offer professional training for kitchen staff and service as well as trainings necessary for the successful operation of hotels and restaurants. We implement standards and establish work organisation. We train staff to become hotel managers. We provide all that is necessary to run a successful hotel business.
Hospitality today stands out from other similar activities in that it provides accommodation services with continuous service quality improvement. Also, it introduces new services that are not typical, all with the aim of meeting customer's needs.
If you want to create a special a la carte menu for your hotel, without copy-pasting a menu of another restaurant, contact us. We will create a signature menu for you! We will create it taking into account the restaurant location, use local groceries, respect traditional cuisine and create a dish to remember!
We prefer Croatian grape varieties, but we like those from around the world as well. We combine local and foreign wines. Your wine list will make you proud. We complete the service with professional training for your staff because without know-how, you cannot recommend or sell wine.
